Return & Refund Policy

✅ When We Accept Returns / Refunds

  • We accept return/refund or reprint only if the item you received is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong item). 

  • In those cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • You must provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.

Once you submit a valid claim, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement (reprint), or

  • Issue a full refund

No need to return the original item (unless requested). 


❗ When We Do Not Accept Returns / Refunds

Because our products are printed on demand and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: 

  • Wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse (simply not liking the item, changed mind, ordered by mistake)

  • Wanting to exchange for a different size/color

If you still wish to exchange/return for these reasons, you may — but only at your own cost (production + shipping).


📦 Shipping & Return Process

  • If a shipping carrier returns an order because of wrong address or unclaimed package, we’ll notify you. You may choose to reship the order at your or the customer’s expense.

  • If a return arrives at Printful’s facility and is unclaimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity.


📧 How to Request a Return / Refund

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item:

  1. Email us at [your support email] within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Attach photos clearly showing the problem (damage, misprint, wrong item).

  3. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

  4. After verification, we’ll send a replacement or refund.

If you want to exchange due to wrong size/color or change of mind — please note that this is at your own cost and at our discretion.
