Return & Refund Policy
✅ When We Accept Returns / Refunds

We accept return/refund or reprint only if the item you received is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong item).

In those cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

You must provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.
Once you submit a valid claim, we will either:

Send you a replacement (reprint), or
-
Issue a full refund
No need to return the original item (unless requested).
❗ When We Do Not Accept Returns / Refunds
Because our products are printed on demand and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind

Buyer’s remorse (simply not liking the item, changed mind, ordered by mistake)

Wanting to exchange for a different size/color
If you still wish to exchange/return for these reasons, you may — but only at your own cost (production + shipping).
📦 Shipping & Return Process

If a shipping carrier returns an order because of wrong address or unclaimed package, we’ll notify you. You may choose to reship the order at your or the customer’s expense.

If a return arrives at Printful’s facility and is unclaimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item:

Email us at [your support email] within 30 days of delivery.

Attach photos clearly showing the problem (damage, misprint, wrong item).

Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

After verification, we’ll send a replacement or refund.
If you want to exchange due to wrong size/color or change of mind — please note that this is at your own cost and at our discretion.
